Terms of Service(TOS) for VincentBookkeeping®
1. VincentBookkeeping® will never sell,
rent or trade your personal information.
2. *Some services listed on the website must have
a signed independent contractor agreement to be
valid. Upon request for services a contractors agreeement
will be mailed to you so please include your address
when requesting services rendered, especially If you live outside
of San Luis Obispo County, or if you live in a rural area.
3. VincentBookkeeping will, at its sole discretion deny
future service to, any Customer who repeatedly or
knowingly fails to comply with these TOS.
4. *Larger personal items for sale may have additional
Shipping costs due to weight. All personal items to be sold
are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. A Detailed discription
of each item and their defects are listed with that item.
Please read each item discription in full so that you do not
buy something that you may later be unhappy with.
5. Online payments are handled by PayPal. Postal payments
may be deposited and cleared before items are shipped.
6. Domain Name Purchases, Website Setups, E-Store setups,
and Photography, as well as other services are not eligible
for refunds, and payments are due before setup or
Photography begins.
7. Any litigation or dispute against Vincent Bookkeeping®,
Wendy Vincent or its agents will be conducted in San Luis
Obispo, CA. (San Luis Obispo County).
8. Vincent Bookkeeping® is not a licensed Business or CPA
Firm.
9. It is the billing policy of VincentBookkeeping to bring suit
against all accounts that are delinquent, that have been put
on notice that they are delinquent and are 60 days past
due or that have been invoiced at least 2 times within a 60
day period.
10. Customer agrees all contact information to be correct
upon buying an item or service including but not
limited to the business or individuals name, email, phone
number, address, or other information.
11. Customer agrees that they are stable of mind and are
at least 18 years of age and Customer has all the
appropriate rights and authorizations to enter into a
binding contract for the business they are conducting or the purchase that they are making.
